1. Who we are
Spooky Colour World ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by THE W SPORTS EXTRA, a Registered Sole Proprietorship in the Republic of Maldives. Contact: ahmedwasif382@gmail.com. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
The Service offers original digital year-round colouring pictures for children, coloured in a web browser and downloadable as image files for personal use. One picture is free to everyone without an account. The rest of the library requires a Premium subscription managed by an adult. The library currently offers 100 original colouring pictures: 1 free and 99 Premium, across animals, ocean life, dinosaurs, princesses and castles, vehicles, nature, fantasy and space adventures. We plan to add more pictures, but do not guarantee specific future quantities or release dates.
Optional photo conversion provides a free reduced, watermarked preview without an account. Colouring and downloading the full converted page require active Premium membership. Upload only photos you have permission to use; parents or guardians should select photos for children and avoid sensitive or identifying details. Original photos are processed without being saved; converted pages are stored privately until you use the delete option. Conversion quality depends on the photo and does not guarantee fully enclosed colouring regions. Your rights in uploaded photos remain yours; you permit us to process them only to provide this feature. See the Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility by country
At registration you must declare your country of residence. Registration and paid subscriptions are temporarily unavailable for residents of the United Kingdom; other countries are eligible subject to Paddle's supported countries and applicable restrictions. Please declare the country where you actually live — misstating your country to bypass these restrictions is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure. We enforce country eligibility on our servers, not only in the sign-up form, and we may refuse checkout where the declared residence is unsupported. Existing users keep access to their accounts and may always exercise their privacy and cancellation rights. We collect only the country, never your street address.
4. Accounts are for adults (18+)
Only adults aged 18 or over may create an account or buy a subscription. Our website requires an explicit 18+ confirmation before email registration or sign-in, Google sign-in or Lovable sign-in, and again with the policy agreement before Premium checkout. This is self-declaration, not independent age or parental-status verification. We do not offer child accounts. Children may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the account and for the child's use. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Premium subscriptions
- Premium Monthly: USD 3.99 per month. Premium Yearly: USD 29.99 per year. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
- Automatic renewal: by subscribing, you agree that your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and that you will be charged the then-current price, until you cancel.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from My Account (which opens Paddle's subscription management) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Premium access continues until then.
- Price changes: we will tell you about any price change before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you wish.
- Refunds: subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or permitted under Paddle's refund policy. Applicable statutory withdrawal, refund and consumer rights always take priority. Starting digital access does not automatically remove every customer's legal withdrawal rights. Request eligible refunds from Paddle at paddle.net. Cancellation alone does not request a refund. See our Refund Policy.
- Premium access stops when your entitlement expires or a cancellation takes effect. A failed payment may affect continued access. A completed refund may also end Premium access; this does not limit your statutory rights.
5. Payments — Paddle is our Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Purchases are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle processes your payment details; we never see or store your card details. You can find help with a Paddle charge at paddle.net.
6. Your colouring progress
Premium Digital Library
Published PDF planners and books, illustrated children's stories, wallpapers and image bundles in our Digital Library are included with Premium membership and are not sold separately. You may download them only while your Premium membership is active; access ends when your membership is cancelled, expires or ends for any other reason. Visitors can view covers, descriptions and sample previews without a membership. The library's content may change over time, and we do not promise that any particular item or release schedule will be available. Downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless an item explicitly states otherwise; resale and redistribution are prohibited.
Purchased downloads require the purchasing adult account and server-confirmed Live payment. Valid purchases may be downloaded again without a new purchase; archived listings do not remove valid purchase access, and purchased file versions are retained. Approved refunds revoke the affected download access. Mandatory withdrawal, refund and consumer rights remain unaffected; opening a file does not automatically waive those rights. Colouring progress is saved only in the browser on the device you are using. It is not stored in your account, is not backed up by us, and may be lost if you clear your browser data or switch device. Download your finished pictures to keep them.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute or publish the artwork as your own; not to share account access or Premium files; not to bypass access controls; and not to misuse or disrupt the Service.
8. Intellectual property
All colouring artwork, designs and site content are owned by or licensed to THE W SPORTS EXTRA. You may print and share your own coloured pictures for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Suspension and closing accounts
You may request account deletion by emailing ahmedwasif382@gmail.com. There is no self-service account deletion tool; requests require manual review and handling. Requesting deletion or signing out does not itself cancel a Paddle subscription or request a refund. Please cancel through Paddle's subscription management in My Account or contact us for help to stop future renewals; you may still exercise any applicable deletion rights. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. If we close an account without a breach on your part, we will handle any affected subscription fairly and in line with Paddle's policies and applicable law.
10. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of colouring progress stored on your device.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will show the revised date on this page and, for significant changes affecting subscribers, notify account holders by email.
