Spooky Colour World provides immediate access to digital colouring activities through Monthly and Yearly Premium subscriptions.
All subscription payments are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or permitted under Paddle's Refund Policy.
Applicable statutory withdrawal, refund and consumer rights always take priority over this policy and any conflicting contractual terms. Starting digital access does not automatically remove every customer's legal withdrawal rights. Whether a withdrawal right applies or may lawfully be waived depends on applicable law and any required consent and acknowledgement during purchase.
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Customers may cancel at any time through My Account (which opens Paddle's subscription management) or contact us for help to prevent future renewals. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with Premium access continuing until then. Cancellation alone does not request a refund. A completed refund may end Premium access, without limiting statutory rights.
Payments and eligible refund requests are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, in accordance with its policies.
Customers can request eligible refunds from Paddle at https://paddle.net.
